You have The Pier out across from Caesars too for Restaurants & Shopping. When I venture to Mid-Town, I play mostly in Caesars and Bally's Wild West. The Showboat is a Fun place, well lit and upbeat, The Taj has Loads of Slots if that's what you're looking for and Resorts though it may be on Hard Times, has what I consider one of the better Slot Floors in AC. My own preference is Showboat where I get the Bourbon Tower Premium Room on my Comp and it's a short walk through inside walkways over to the Taj Mahal and from there over to Resorts. I stay Free on Comp anytime during the week too so if you're in the position to go then you'll be in a more Comfortable age group overall.
My stays are usually Mon-Fri when I get to avoid the Weekenders and Clubbers.
